In 2005, Jamika graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. Determined to expand her knowledge and skills, she pursued higher education and completed her Master of Business Administration in 2008. Her academic achievements provided her with a solid understanding of business principles and strategies, which she would later apply to her own ventures and help others succeed.
 

At the age of 14, Jamika's entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of a cleaning company. She took on the responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness of her local church and private residences, demonstrating her strong work ethic and determination from an early age.
 

Over the years, Jamika's entrepreneurial spirit led her to start a series of successful businesses. She opened a daycare center, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in her community. Recognizing the demand, she launched a mobile beauty spa, bringing convenience and luxury to her clients' doorsteps. Her ventures extended into the food industry, as she established both a takeout and dine-in restaurant.
 

Jamika's passion for business and her natural leadership abilities led her to explore new horizons. She established an authority-operated trucking company, which facilitated the smooth transportation of goods and services. Understanding the importance of finding the right talent, she founded an employment agency to connect job seekers with suitable opportunities.
 

In addition to her diverse business ventures, Jamika has been actively involved in managing The McNeil Organization, a non-profit counseling agency. Through this organization, she has provided invaluable support and guidance to individuals and families, helping them overcome personal challenges and achieve their goals.
 

Further establishing her expertise as a business consultant, Jamika founded The McNeil Planning and Consulting Firm (MPC Firm) in 2008. This consulting company specializes in assisting clients in starting, maintaining, and improving their small businesses. The firm offers services ranging from business planning and strategy development to tax preparation and consultation. Through her consultancy, Jamika has empowered countless entrepreneurs, enabling them to navigate the complexities of the business world and achieve sustainable growth.
